When will my order be ship out?
You will receive a confirmation email from Oxooxo.com once your order has been shipped. If you suspect that an error has occur on your order, kindly email us with your name and order number. An Orolus representative will reply within 24 hours.

How do I track my order?
Every purchase will come with a tracking number from FedEx or DHL.You can track the delivery status of your purchase with the fedex or DHL tracking number using the orolus.com main page, or www.fedex.com or www.dhl.com.

When will my backorder arrive?
In the case of back-ordered items, the goods will be delivered when stock becomes available. An Orolus representative will keep you updated on the status of your order.

My order never arrived.
Please double-check on the status of your order through www.fedex.com or www.DHL.com, using the FedEx or DHL tracking number assigned. If you have reasons to believe that your shipment has been lost, kindly contact Oxooxo as soon as possible, with your name and order number.

How do I cancel my order / item?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of your order. Please notify us through email and we would appreciate it if you could include the reason for canceling. Please include your order number and email to sales@oxooxo.com. After we received your e-mail, we will proceed to cancel your order. In the case that the goods have been shipped, you can return the goods to us as we have promised a 30-day money back guarantee.

How do I return my product?
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). If you wish to return a watch, please indicate the reason you are returning your product, and send your request here. Once you have received the RMA#, proceed to send the watch to Oxooxo.com at:

Clause:
Apart from shipping charges, the customer is responsible for all duties and import taxes. However, the duties and import taxes are only applicable to certain countries. If incurred the duties/import taxes billing would be delivered by our carriers, FedEx or DHL either on the day of the package to be sent to the customer or in a few weeks thereafter.


What is the shipping policy?
If you would like to re-route your package after receiving the FedEx or DHL tracking number from us, please kindly email us within 24 hours on the changes to your shipping address. If there are any changes to your shipping address (WITHOUT an email notification within 24 hours), you will have to pay for the re-routing charges by FedEx or DHL.

When will I receive my shipment?
The goods will be delivered to your doorsteps within 5 working days, upon confirmation of order and availability of stock. In the case of back- order items, the goods will be delivered when stock is available. Every purchase will come with a tracking number from FedEx or DHL. You can track the delivery status of your purchase with the fedex or DHL tracking number from our website, or www.fedex.com or www.dhl.com.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. But, we'd like to stress that all delivery to physical addresses only as our shipping carrier Do Not deliver to P.O. Box or mailbox addresses.

What is the Oxooxo.com Return Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Oxooxo.com. Hence, we offer a 30-day Money-back Guarantee from the date of purchase. Please read the details below:

  1. Upon receipt of the watch, if you are not happy with your purchase and/or received the watch with mechanical failures and/or scratches, please email us within the next 48 hours to obtain a return/exchange authorization number (RMA#). An RMA# will no longer be valid after the 30 days period. All shipping charges would be waived for the return of faulty watches only.
  2. Return the watch in the original box with all original packing material, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and any other materials that came with the watch. Please do not remove the security seal that is attached to the watch. If the seal has been tampered with or removed we will not accept the return or exchange of the watch.
  3. For your own protection, you may wish to insure the watch you are returning. If you choose not to insure and we do not receive the watch - the liability is yours.
  4. A re-stocking fee of 3% or US$15 (which ever is higher based on the cost of the watch) plus shipping charges for returns/exchange of watches will be incurred to cover our expenses.
  5. If you think you may want to return your watch, do not wear it. It is almost impossible to wear a watch (for even short periods) without scratching or blemishing it in some way. If your returned watch shows signs of being worn, we will be unable to refund your money as we do not sell used watches.
  6. If you think you may want to return your watch, do not have any of the bracelet links removed for sizing. Sized bracelets are not accepted for return.
  7. Any watch classifies under "Special orders" is not returnable or exchangeable upon purchase. If a watch is received in an imperfect condition, you may email us for the issuance of a RMA on the exchange/return.
  8. After confirmation of shipping details, all watches are insured before shipping out to customers.

Exchange Policy:
The exchange policy is the same as the return policy except for the following:

  1. Email to find out the availability of an optional model.
  2. Enclose invoice with defect information or optional model number desired.
